Training at evolution is an experience that will leave you excited to come back each day. You will start with foundational strength movements, then move on to conditioning on our versa climbers, assault bikes, rowers, and sleds. Everything we program and implement in our training at evolution has a purpose, and is designed to maximize your performance not only in the gym, but more importantly outside of the gym too.
When you first get started at evolution you will meet with one of our elite coaches to complete a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), discuss your goals and injury history, and determine how many times a week we think you should be training, taking restorative classes, or meeting with our nutritionist.
